The Team

John is 3rd generation in the building and construction industry from a family of builders, engineers and project managers.  He holds a B.A., M.B.A. and P.M.P. (Project Management Professional) and is a licensed Commercial and Residential Building Contractor for the State of Florida.  He has experience in both the USA and over 50 countries on numerous projects.

John Sr. is a retired General Contractor and Civil Engineer and 2nd generation commercial and residential builder with decades of experiences on building commercial, residential, track development, bridges and numerous other types of projects.  He is a veteran of the US Army and a foreign war and retired President Judge of the State of PA.

Kate, the Daughter of John Sr. and Sister of John Jr., has more than 25 years experience in the commercial and residential real estate market including the multiple-billion-dollar title insurance market.  She is extremely artistic and very knowledgeable in marketing and sales.  She holds a B.A. and J.D. and has many relevant skills that support the business.
